We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for FINAL SALE garments.  Final sale includes: Items marked Final Sale in item description and Items on sale greater than or equal to 25% off.

Love and care go into every Bellbird garment, however, we understand that it can be hard to tell if a size is properly perfect when you're shopping online!  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange it, we are happy to help you through the process.

Returned garments must be in original condition as you received it and with all the original tags still attached.  Garments must not have been worn or washed. If you are returning shoes, please return in the original box, placed within another box with a label placed on the outside.

Bellbird is only able to accept returns on merchandise purchased at www.shopbellbird.com.  We do not allow returns on merchandise purchased through other channels without exception.  Returns are allowed within 15 days of your purchase.  You must contact us via email at info@shopbellbird.com (Subject: Return).  Garments returned without authorization will be refused.  Once your return has been received, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.  Please note, we do not refund shipping cost and the customer is responsible for return postage.

 

EXCHANGES:

Bellbird produces limited quantities and cannot hold garments while waiting for a return.  For exchanges, simply place a new order for the style or size you would like and return the original garment following the Return Policy.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

In the event we have processed an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us to info@shopbellbird.com so we can arrange a replacement or a refund depending on stock availability, garments you believe are damaged must be reported to us before washing or wearing within 10 business days.  We cannot honor items as defective once they are washed or worn.  Bellbird will be wholly responsible for the shipping expenses and will generate a pre-paid returns label for the return of the garment.   

 

GIFT RETURNS:

We all get gifts we don’t need.  If you have received a gift but the garment(s) are unsuitable, please contact us at info@shopbellbird.com for instructions, after we receive the garment back you will be issued with a gift code to the value of the returned garment(s).  This code must be used in one single transaction and you will be subject to delivery charges.  

 

Credit card refunds can only be made to the original card charged.  Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.  For additional information, please contact your credit card company.
